TRULI is a pyrrolopyridine that is 1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine substituted by a N-(3-benzyl-1,3-thiazol-2(3H)-ylidene)carboxamide group at position 3. It is a potent and ATP-competitive inhibitor of LATS1 and LATS2 kinases, and a YAP signaling activator. It has a role as an EC 2.7.11.1 (non-specific serine/threonine protein kinase) inhibitor. It is a member of benzenes, a member of 1,3-thiazoles, a pyrrolopyridine and an enamide.
