CD45

  • Description:

CD45 is a transmembrane protein tyrosine phosphatase. It is expressed at high levels on the cell surface of all nucleated hematopoietic cells and their precursors. Alternative splicing of CD45 mRNA results in the expression of several distinct isoforms that are differentially expressed in cells of different lineages and activation states.
