For unopened kit: The whole kit could be stored at -20oC in shelf life, while up to one month at 4oC. For experiment convenience, reagents could also be stored seperately, Standard, Detection Reagent A, Detection Reagent B and 96-well strip plate should be stored at -20oC while the others could be at 4 oC.
Specificity
This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Cort. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Cort and analogues was observed.
