RRM2 Recombinant Human produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 409 amino acids. RRM2 catalyzes the formation of deoxyribonucleotides from ribonucleotides. Synthesis RRM2 is regulated in a cell-cycle dependent method. RRM2 supplies the precursors essential for DNA synthesis. RRM2 catalyzes the biosynthesis of deoxyribonucleotides from the corresponding ribonucleotides. RRM2 Inhibits Wnt signaling.
