  The protein was lyophilized from a 1mg/ml solution containing 10mM Tris/HCl buffer pH 8.0, 0.2mM CaCl2, 0.2mM ATP, 1mM DTT and 0.5% (w/v) SDS. Physical appearance: Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.

• Reconstitution :

  Lyophilized Actin although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18C. Upon reconstitution Actin should be stored at 4C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0. 1% HSA or BSA) . Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
