LHCGR is a Glycoprotein Hormone Receptor for both luteinizing hormone and choriogonadotropin. It is expressed in the reproductive organs of both males and females. In males, the luteinizing hormone/choriogonadotropin receptor is involved in the development and function of Leydig cells.
