• Bioactivity:

  Cyprodinil, an anilinopyrimidine broad-spectrum fungicide, inhibits methionine biosynthesis in phytopathogenic fungi, effectively limiting cell growth of B. cinerea, P. herpotrichoides, and H. oryzae on amino acid-free media with IC 50 values of 0.44, 4.8, and 0.03 ?M, respectively. Additionally, in the absence of the androgen receptor (AR) agonist DHT, Cyprodinil acts as an AR agonist (EC 50 =1.91 ?M) and counters DHT's androgenic effects (IC 50 =15.1 ?M) .
