It effectively prevents the interaction of ERR? with both Proliferator-activated Receptor ? Coactivator-1? (PGC-1?) and PGC-1?, displaying IC50 values of 170 nM and 180 nM, respectively. Notably, ERR? antagonist-1 does not interfere with the interactions involving ERR? or ERR? and the PGC-1? and PGC-1? coactivators. Furthermore, it does not affect the interaction between either ER? or ER? and PGC-1? or SRC-1.
