Histone H2A Antibody

• Reactivity:

  Human, mouse, rat

• Applications:

  Western blotting (0.5-4 µg/ml), immunoprecipitation (10-20 µg/ml) and Immunohistochemistry (10-30 µg/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. The antibody detects ~14 kDa histone H2A protein. It does not cross-react with other histones. HeLa cell nuclear extract (Cat.# 1641-1) can be used as a positive control.
