  Encorafenib (LGX818) is a potent mutated BRafV600E inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 0.3 nM) with potential antineoplastic activity. Displays little activity against wild-type B-Raf or a panel of 100 other kinases (IC₅₀s = 900 nM).
