• Description :

  CCT-129202 is a potent, ATP-competitive inhibitor of Aurora kinases with IC₅₀ values of 42 nM, 198 nM and 227 nM for Aurora A, B and C, respectively. CCT-129202 displays high selectivity for the Aurora kinases over a panel of other kinases tested and inhibits proliferation in multiple cultured human tumor cell lines.
