Pemetrexed

  • Description :

    Pemetrexed is a high affinity dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR) inhibitor (KiĀ = 7 nM). Also inhibits thymidylate synthase, AICART and glycinamide ribonucleotide formyltransferase (KiĀ values are 109 nM, and 3.5 Ī¼M and 9.3 Ī¼M, respectively). Inhibits proliferation of cancer cell linesĀ in vitro.
