  DP-4978 is a potent and selective pan-RAF inhibitor with potential anticancer activity. DP-4978 displays activities against B-Raf or Ras mutant tumor cells. It binds to A-Raf, B-Raf and C-Raf isoforms with similar affinity in cells with activating mutations of B-Raf or K-Ras.
