• Description:

  TA-01 is a potential inhibitor of Casein kinase ε(CK1ε), casein kinase 1δ (CK1δ) and mitogen activated protein kinase(MAPK) p38α with IC₅₀ of 6.4, 6.8 and 6.7 nM, respectively. It shows complete inhibition of cardiogenesis at 5 μM showing reduced expression of mesoderm markers and the pre-cardiac marker Isl-1.
