  Loganin is an antioxidant and cytochrome P450 substrate. Displays potent free-radical-scavenging activity. Selective β-secretase and COX-1 inhibitor. Shows neuroprotective effects against Aβ(25-35)-induced and hydrogen peroxide-induced cell death. Shows immunostimulatory, hepatoprotective and neuroprotective effects in vivo.
