• Description :

  OG-L002 is a potent and specific inhibitor of Lysine Specific Demethylase-1(LSD-1) (IC₅₀ of 20 nM). Displays 36- and 69-fold selectivity over MAO-B and MAO-A, respectively. It potently represses herpes simplex virus (HSV) IE gene expression, genome replication, and reactivation from latency. OG-L002 suppresses primary lytic infection of HSV in vivo in a mouse model.
