• Description :

  Cell-permeable. ML-324 is a JMJD2 histone demethylase inhibitor (JMJD2 IC₅₀ = 920 nM). Represses the expression of viral (HCMV and HSV-1) immediate early genes (IC₅₀ ~ 10 µM) and abrogates infection. Represses the reactivation of HSV from the latent state in sensory neurons.
