  LY411575 is a potent, cell-permeable γ-secretase inhibitor (IC₅₀ of 0.078 nM/0.082 nM (membrane/cell-based); also inhibits Notch clevage with with IC₅₀ of 0.39 nM. Notch inhibition using LY-411575 induces cochlear hair cell regeneration and recovery of hearing in mice after acoustic trauma.
