  Inhibitor of TNF-α processing (IC₅₀ = 100 nM). Inhibits TACE (ADAM17) and other metalloproteases with Ki (nM) values of 8.8, 17, 6, 68, 0.5 and 0.2 for TACE, MDC9 (ADAM9), MMP-1, MMP-3, MMP-9 and MMP-13, respectively.
