Pimozide

• Description:

  Cell-permeable. An antipsychotic drug and D2 dopamine receptor antagonist; binds with high affinity to the cloned 5-HT7 receptor. A Stat5 inhibitor; decreases Stat5 tyrosine phosphorylation, but does not affect Bcr-Abl or other tyrosine kinases.
