Tumor-suppressor protein involved in T-cell lymphomas. May function on the P53-signaling pathway. May be a key regulator of both differentiation and survival during thymocyte development. Repress transcription through direct, TFCOUP2-independent binding to a GC-rich response element. BioVision’s BCL-11B ELISA kit is a sandwich ELISA assay for the quantitative measurement of human BCL-11B in serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants. The density of color is proportional to the amount of human BCL-11B captured from the samples.
