  • Additonal Description
S13.67 identifies a different epitope on the human 8 kD subunit of the inflammatory L-1 protein complex than 8-5C2. In Western blots cross-reactivity with MRP14 can be observed. It is suitable for dot blot tests or, in combination with 8-5C2, for EIAs. It also facilitates the characterization of circulating monocytes or inflammatory infiltrates of the myelo-monocytic lineage which express MRP8 differently depending on the inflammatory status or type of disease. Plasma levels of MRP8 can be measured by ELISA S-1007. Application: IHC (f, p), FACS, ELISA, Western Blot, Dot Blot
  • Properties
Human proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Modern humans (Homo sapiens, primarily ssp. Homo sapiens sapiens). Depending on the epitopes used human ELISA kits can be cross reactive to many other species. Mainly analyzed are human serum, plasma, urine, saliva, human cell culture supernatants and biological samples.
