  Irak4 is required for the efficient recruitment of IRAK1 to the IL-1 receptor complex following IL-1 engagement, triggering intracellular signaling cascades leading to transcriptional up-regulation and mRNA stabilization. Phosphorylates IRAK1 (By similarity).
• Immunogen
  A portion of amino acids 422-449 from the mouse protein was used as the immunogen for this Irak4 antibody.
• Storage
  Aliquot the Irak4 antibody and store frozen at -20 deg. Celcius or lower. Cycles of freezing and thawing can denaturate the peptide chains of the antibodies and reduce their sensitivity and/or change their affinity. Prepare aliqotes in such a manner so that freeze-thaw cycles are minimized.
