  Indeterminate MAb BB6-10A10 stains the following percentages of surface immunoglobulin (sIg) positive cells in porcine lymphoid tissues: 11-15% in peripheral blood; 22-23% in mesenteric lymph nodes; 79-87% in ileal Peyer's patches (ILPP); 6-17 in spleen; and 0% in thymus.1 While identification of the antigen(s) that are found predominantly on ILPP B cells and which are recognized by BB6-10A10 is speculative, the antibody appears to react with an immature population of B cells in the follicles of ILPPs and with a subpopulation of sIglow B cells in lymph nodes.

Store at 2- 8 degree C. The fluorescein (FITC) conjugate is supplied as 0.5 mg in 1.0 mL of PBS/NaN3. Store at 2-8 degree C. The biotin (BIOT) conjugate is supplied as 0.5 mg in 1.0 mL of PBS/NaN3. Store at 2-8 degree C. The R-phycoerythrin (R-PE) conjugate is supplied as 0.1 mg in 1.0 mL of PBS/NaN3 and a stabilizing agent. Store at 2-8 degree C. Do not freeze! Protect conjugated forms from light. Reagents are stable for the period shown on the label if stored as directed.

• Description
  This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided. Antibody for research use. For cells, cell lines and tissues in culture till half confluency.
