• Specificity
  Clone MsGp10 is expressed on the surface of mantle zone B cells in the lymph node and on follicular dendritic cells. It detects approximately 30% of lymph node lymphocytes and 50% of Ig positive cells although it does not recognise immunoglobulin. It does not recognise T cells or thymocytes but is expressed on kidney epithelia cells and some macrophages.

  Store at 4 degree C for one month or at -20 degree C for longer. This product should be stored undiluted. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use. • Description
  This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided. For cells, cell lines and tissues in culture till half confluency. Guinea pig ELISA kits for plasma and sera samples are used to study human genes through the guinea pig model (Cavia porcellus), also called the cavy rodent model. After mouzes and rats Guinea pigs are easy in maintained laboratory animals. cDNAs of Guinea pigs are also very popular.

  Mouse or mice from the Mus musculus species are used for production of mouse monoclonal antibodies or mabs and as research model for humans in your lab. Mouse are mature after 40 days for females and 55 days for males. The female mice are pregnant only 20 days and can give birth to 10 litters of 6-8 mice a year. Transgenic, knock-out, congenic and inbread strains are known for C57BL/6, A/J, BALB/c, SCID while the CD-1 is outbred as strain.
