  • Reactivity
    Mouse
  • Specificity
The antibody recognizes CD160 at the cell surface in mice
  • Form
Lyophilized protein G purified in PBS pH7.4
  • Storage_stability
Lyophilized antibody can be kept at 4 degree C for up to 3 months and should be kept at-20 degree C for long-term storage. To avoid freeze-thaw cycles, reconstituted antibody should be aliquoted before freezing for short-term storage (-20 degree C) or for long-term storage (-80 degree C). For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
  • Tested_application
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Western Blot (WB)
  • Properties
If you buy Antibodies supplied by MyBioSource they should be stored frozen at - 24°C for long term storage and for short term at + 5°C.
  • About
Monoclonals of this antigen are available in different clones. Each murine monoclonal anibody has his own affinity specific for the clone. Mouse monoclonal antibodies are purified protein A or G and can be conjugated to FITC for flow cytometry or FACS and can be of different isotypes. Rats are used to make rat monoclonal anti mouse antibodies. There are less rat- than mouse clones however. Rats genes from rodents of the genus Rattus norvegicus are often studied in vivo as a model of human genes in Sprague-Dawley or Wistar rats.
