Rat Anti Mouse CD8 α Antibody-PerCP-Cyanine5.5 is a mouse monoclonala antibody, specific for [53-6.72] clones, this product was conjugated with PerCP-Cyanine5.5 format and reported for use in flow cytometric analysis to react with CD8 α proteins in thymocytes, T cell subset, some NK cells, lymphoid dendritic cells, Most thymocytes, CD8 α acts as a co-TCR recptor to activate T cells, also regulate the efficience of cell-cell interactions.

This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided. This is against a protein of mus musculus directed antibody. Cytotoxic T cells cluster differentiators for flow cytometry. This transmembrane glycoprotein is detected by monoclonals and has a lot of clones available with different affinity.

Test

About
