Description
Capsule Potato Dextrose Agar is a culture medium designed to be used for the isolation and determination of yeasts and moulds, employed also for stimulating sporulation of typical dermatophytes, for preparation Suspend the capsules in distilled or purified water, heat to boiling for dissolving, sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes, mix well then dispense as desired.
