Shipping and storageMouse Monoclonal Antibody against Human NTAL / LAB, Clone: NAP-03 is transported on blue ice/ice packs and should be stored at temperatures between 1 and 5 degrees Celsius. Do not freeze! Avoid exposing the product to direct light, especially the conjugated antibodies as most conjugates are very sentitive to light.
-
BackgroundNTAL (Non-T cell Activation Linker), also known as LAB (Linker for activation of B cells), is a 30 kDa double-palmitoylated transmembrane adaptor protein expressed by B cells, NK cells, mast cells and macrophages. It is a negative regulator of early stages of BCR-dependent B cell signaling and serves as a negative regulator also in mast cells. However, in mast cells, NTAL also contributes to some activation processes, partially overlapping with LAT function.

AboutMonoclonals of this antigen are available in different clones. Each murine monoclonal anibody has his own affinity specific for the clone. Mouse monoclonal antibodies are purified protein A or G and can be conjugated to FITC for flow cytometry or FACS and can be of different isotypes.
