Our Rho Activation reactions use visible agarose beads to selectively precipitate the active form of RhoA, RhoB or RhoC. The precipitated small GTPase is then detected by Western blot using a RhoA-, RhoB- or RhoC-specific antibody included in the Set of reagents.

Storage conditions

After the delivery of this product, our specialists from Gentaur/Genprice recommend you to prepare aliquots to minimize the risk of repeated cycles of freezing and thawing. The standard suspension should be kept at minus twenty degrees Celsius but the rest of the reagents can be stored at four degrees Celsius.
