Product descriptionThe OxiSelect In Vitro ROS/RNS Assay provides a sensitive method to detect total reactive oxygen species (ROS) plus reactive nitrogen species (RNS) in a wide variety of sample types. This assay employs a proprietary fluorogenic probe, DCFH-DiOxyQ; the probe is primed with a dequenching reagent to the highly reactive DCFH form. In the presence of ROS and RNS, the DCFH is rapidly oxidized to the highly fluorescent DCF.
-
Shipping conditionsThe product OxiSelect In Vitro ROS/RNS Assay Kit (Green Fluorescence)can be shipped at ambient temperature without any risk for the quality and activity of the reagents.
-
Storage conditionsAfter the delivery of this product, our specialists from Gentaur/Genprice recommend you to prepare aliquots to minimize the risk of repeated cycles of freezing and thawing. The standard suspension should be kept at minus twenty degrees Celsius but the rest of the reagents can be stored at four degrees Celsius.

TestCellular biology labs supplies other types of Assays as 1. Fluorimetric analysis of fluorescent emission of light by is a form of luminescence. The emitted light has a longer wavelength, and therefore lower energy, than the absorbed radiation for excitation. Fluorescent controls and calibrators can be supplied to mix with the cells. A fluorimeter is needed to do the analysis of the green, red, blue, yellow, orange, deep red fluorescent dyes.
