Storage_stability
The purified (UNLB) antibody is supplied as 1.0 mg purified immunoglobulin in 1.0 mL of 100 mM borate buffered saline, pH 8.2. No preservatives or amine-containing buffer salts added. Store at 2-8 degree C. The fluorescein (FITC), rhodamine (TRITC), and Texas Red (TXRD) conjugates are supplied as 1.0 mg in 1.0 mL PBS/NaN3. Store at 2-8 degree C. The alkaline phosphatase (AP) conjugate is supplied as 1.0 mL of stock solution in 50mM Tris/1mM MgCl2/50% Glycerol, pH 8.0, containing 0.1% NaN3 as preservative. Store at 2-8 degree C or long-term at -20 degree C. The horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugate is supplied as 1.0 mL of stock solution in 50% glycerol/50% PBS, pH 7.4. No preservative added. Store at 2-8 degree C or long-term at -20 degree C. The biotin (BIOT) conjugate is supplied as 1.0 mg in 2.0 mL PBS/NaN3. Store at 2-8 degree C. The R-phycoerythrin (R-PE) and allophycocyanin (APC) conjugates are supplied as 0.5 mg in 1.0 mL or 0.25 mg in 0.5 mL of PBS/NaN3 and a stabilizing agent. Store at 2-8 degree C. Do not freeze! Protect fluorochrome-conjugated forms from light. Reagents are stable for the period shown on the label if stored as directed.

Description
This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided. Antibody for research use.
-
Latin name
Capra aegagrus hircus, Mus musculus, Rattus norvegicus
-
Properties
HRP conjugates are often primary rabbit polyclonal antibodies couples to the enzyme horseradish peroxidase (HRP), found in the roots of horseradish. Also monoclonal HRP conjugates are often used for Western Blot.
-
Conjugation
HRP Conjugated
-
Test
Mouse or mice from the Mus musculus species are used for production of mouse monoclonal antibodies or mabs and as research model for humans in your lab. Mouse are mature after 40 days for females and 55 days for males. The female mice are pregnant only 20 days and can give birth to 10 litters of 6-8 mice a year. Transgenic, knock-out, congenic and inbread strains are known for C57BL/6, A/J, BALB/c, SCID while the CD-1 is outbred as strain.

About
Rats are used to make rat monoclonal anti mouse antibodies. There are less rat- than mouse clones however. Rats genes from rodents of the genus Rattus norvegicus are often studied in vivo as a model of human genes in Sprague-Dawley or Wistar rats.

Host
Goat, The goat polyclonal antibodies are directed against human genes or rabbit or mouse IgGs (H +L) chain primary antibodies and conjugated for detection. It are very good secondary antibodies that are affinity purified and have a good affinity themselves too. Often KLH is coupled to the antigen so anti KLH can be present in the vial.
