NOXA This item specifically recognises human Noxa, a mitochondrial localised protein and member of the BH3-only proapoptotic protein family, which is up-regulated by p53, IFNbeta, phorbol esters, dsRNA and viruses, and acts as promoter of caspase and apoptosis activation. _x000D__x000D_Noxa is a transcriptional target of p53, p73 and BH3-only proteins, and competes with, and displaces, the proapoptotic proteins BAK1, and BIM, from the antiapoptotioc protein MCL1 (Bcl-2-related protein EAT/mcl1), thereby influencing apoptosis versus cell survival.

This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided. Antibody against the Hu protein or peptide or recombinant supplied in 1 volumes. Ask for quote if you need bulk.
