Storage_stability
The purified (UNLB) antibody is supplied as 0.5 mg purified immunoglobulin in 1.0 mL of 100 mM borate buffered saline, pH 8.2. No preservatives or amine-containing buffer salts added. Store at 2- 8 degree C. The fluorescein (FITC) conjugate is supplied as 0.5 mg in 1.0 mL PBS/NaN3. Store at 2-8 degree C. The horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugate is supplied as 1.0 mL of stock solution in 50% glycerol/50% PBS, pH 7.4. No preservative added. Store at 2-8 degree C or long-term at -20 degree C. The biotin (BIOT) conjugate is supplied as 0.5 mg in 1.0 mL PBS/NaN3. Store at 2-8 degree C. The R-phycoerythrin (R-PE) conjugate is supplied as 0.25 mg in 1.0 mL of PBS/NaN3 and a stabilizing agent. Store at 2-8 degree C. Do not freeze! Protect fluorochrome-conjugated forms from light. Reagents are stable for the period shown on the label if stored as directed.

Properties
HRP conjugates are often primary rabbit polyclonal antibodies couples to the enzyme horseradish peroxidase (HRP), found in the roots of horseradish. Also monoclonal HRP conjugates are often used for Western Blot. Human proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Modern humans (Homo sapiens, primarily ssp. Homo sapiens sapiens). Depending on the epitopes used human ELISA kits can be cross reactive to many other species. Mainly analyzed are human serum, plasma, urine, saliva, human cell culture supernatants and biological samples.

Host
Goat, The goat polyclonal antibodies are directed against human genes or rabbit or mouse IgGs (H +L) chain primary antibodies and conjugated for detection. It are very good secondary antibodies that are affinity purified and have a good affinity themselves too. Often KLH is coupled to the antigen so anti KLH can be present in the vial.
