Antibodie s labelunlabelled serum
-
PurityGDF15 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
-
Ab raised inGoat
-
TypePolyclonal
-
AntigenGDF15 antibody was made against a 14 amino acid synthetic peptide near the C-Terminus of GDF15.
-
Immuno applicationELISA, Western Blot
-
Antibody adviceELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000. Western Blot: Approximately 35 kDa band observed in human prostate lysates (calculated MW of 34.1 kDa according to NP_004855.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing GDF15 a band of approximately 35 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 ug/mL.
-
Suspention pH azideGDF15 antibody is supplied in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
-
Keep atAliquot and store at -20 grades C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
