Isopropyl Isocyanate is used as a reagent in the synthesis of BMS-641988, a novel androgen receptor antagonist for prostate cancer treatment. Isopropyl Isocyanate is also used in the synthesis of AZD3147, a selective dual inhibitor of mTORC1 and mTORC2.
