  ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave a band at approximately 37 kDa and a minor band at approximately 23 kDa in human brain lysates after 1 ug/mL antibody staining. Both detected bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide (and BLAST results with the immunizing peptide sequence did not identify any other proteins to explain the additional bands). ADRA2A antibody has been used in mouse ICC/IF assays.
