- Description: Recombinant HCMV (strain AD169) Envelope Glycoprotein B is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Ser25-Pro706 is expressed with a 6His tag at C-terminus.Y155G, I156H, Y157R, Y206H, W240A, L241T, Y242H and RTRR456-459GSAS mutations are introduced to stabilize the trimeric postfusion state of Glycoprotein B and abolish the furin cleavage site, respectively.
