  Alkaline Phosphatase Conjugate Stabilizer is a proprietary formulation to stabilize and dilute alkaline phosphatase conjugates for use in ELISA, Western blot, and other immunoassay applications. This formulation minimizes non-specific interactions and reduces background.

• Assay Principle:

  1. Add the antibody-AP or protein-AP conjugate directly into the Alkaline Phosphatase Conjugate Stabilizer to a working 1X dilution and mix for 5-15 minutes., 2. Pipette diluted AP conjugate onto the plate or store protected from light at 2-8°C for use at a later date. 1X working AP conjugate dilutions can be stored at 2-8°C and protected from light providing a useful shelf-life of 6 months.
