• Description:

  Hamster Chinese lung. Derived from the lung tissue of a male Chinese hamster. The cells exhibit a high plating efficiency and a doubling time of 12-14 hours. Originally used in the discovery of X-ray induced damage and recovery in mammalian cells. This is a clone of cell line V79.
