• Description:

  The M2-10B4 cell line is a clone derived from bone marrow stromal cells from a (C57BL/6J X C3H/HeJ) F1 mouse. The cells express laminin and collagen 4, but do not express collagen 1 or factor 8 The cells will support human and murine myelopoiesis in long term culture, and will support certain murine stromal cell dependent pre-B cell lines in vitro.Tumorigenecity: Isoenzyme: Histopathology: Subculture: Remove spent medium, add 0.25% Trypsin solution, rinse and remove trypsin. Keep the cells at room temperature until the cells detach (about 5 to 10 minutes). Add fresh medium, aspirate and dispense into new flasks.Split ratio: Media change: Reverse transcritase: Productionlaminin; Collagen 4.
