• Description :

  Mouse A31 embryo Kirsten sarcoma, transformed. Cell morphology is different from the parent clone (A31) and there is a loss of sensitivity to contact inhibition of cell division. The cells are highly tumorigenic. Superinfection with MuLV results in rescu.
