  Huh7 (Huh-7) cell line was derived from a 57 years male, Japanese, with well differentiated hepatocellular carcinoma Lifespan: infinite; Adherent cells; Antibiotics Free; Passage ratio 1: 4 to 1: 8 split; Doubling time: 48h; Medium Renewal : 2 times/week; Can be grown in serum-free medium. Huh-7 cells show a high level of p53 with a constitutive mutation.
