  Mouse rectum carcinoma. From a 19 month old male mouse (C57BL/1CRF) which had received an i.P. Injection of MAMA each week for 18 months. 4Th in vivo passage - source of explant culture. Cells form acini and junctional complexes and produce large tumours.
