  Acute promyelotic leukemia. Premyeloblastic cell line differentiated to neutrophils or macropahges by tumor promoters, vitamne D3 or cytekines. DMSO, butyrate, hypoxanthine, TPA, active vitamine D3, and retinoic acid induce differentiation efficiently.
