• Description :

  Mouse erythroleukaemic lymphoblast. This cell line is a clone isolated from the parent line 745 TG-12. The cells are resistant to oubain and 2-Amino-6-purinethiol and deficient in HGPRT. Haemoglobulin synthesis can be induced with 1.5% DMSO or 1mM oubain.
