Description
Stabilized 10-Acetyl-3,7-dihydroxyphenoxazine (also called Ampliflu Red) liquid substrate reagent for detecting horseradish peroxidase HRP activity, e.g. in ELISA. This reagent produces a highly fluorescent (530/585nm), pink-colored product upon reaction with a peroxidase. The fluorescent product can also be visualized under a light source (510-550 nm) . Key Features: For both absorbance or fluorescence detection. Highly sensitive. Convenient and fast. Method: OD570nm, FL530/585nm. Samples: Biological. Species: All. Procedure: Assay takes 30 min.
