Mouse NK Cells

• Description:

  Natural Killer cells or NK cells, are a subset of lymphocytes that are a component of innate immunity. NK cells are cytotoxic effector cells and play an important role in early response to viral infection and tumors. NKp46+ Mouse NK cells are isolated from peripheral blood or other lymphoid tissue and are separated from mononuclear cells via immunomagnetic separation.
