Rat Microglial Cells

• Description:

  Rat primary microglial cells (RMGC) are isolated from brain tissue of 1-day-old neonatal Sprague-Dawley rats. Microlgial cells are grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.005% Poly-D-lysin for 1 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium.
