Rat brain microvascular endothelial cells

• Description:

  Rat primary brain microvascular endothelial cells (RPBECs) are isolated from tissue of 1-day-old neonatal Sprague-Dawley rats. RPBECs are grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 1 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium.
